Mondays @ 7:20am EST

HYBRID features a mix of strength x conditioning with a warmup, core work, 15 minutes of strength, 15 minutes of conditioning. Dumbbells required.

ENDURANCE

Wednesdays @ 7:20am EST

ENDURANCE is a 50 min high intensity class with circuits and stations featuring AMRAPS, EMOM’S. No equipment required.

BUILD

Fridays @ 8:00am EST

With a focus on “BUILDing” up the heart rate as class progresses, BUILD starts with low intensity strength based circuits and gradually increases intensity as class continues. Dumbbells required.
